Pet-Friendly Apartments Policy

We have pet-friendly apartments available in Oklahoma City. We allow no more than two pets per apartment and the weight limit per pet is 25 pounds or under. All pets must be up to date on their shots and documentation must be provided. No aggressive breeds. No reptiles, birds, or rodents allowed including hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils, and guinea pigs. The total pet fees are $300 per pet and it's non-refundable. You will also be charged monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, which is not included in the rent price.
